I am so excited that I just started exercising again!!! I love to work out with Cathe. I have never had a problem with being motivated to exercise with her. About 8 years ago I went through a nasty horrible life change of divorce and other negative drama. I started smoking and stopped working out. I moved to Arizona from California and started getting sick a lot. I have made some major positive changes in my life that started with me meditating on how I wanted my life to be. Amazingly, that's when incredible changes started!! I have a permanently bad back and bone spurs in my neck and have been on pain management for quite awhile, but I KNOW THAT EXERCISE is the only answer. I am now back to exercising. I bought Ripped with Hit before I even quit smoking, because I somehow 'KNEW' that I would be back in the Saddle, again. I did Low Impact One like I had been exercising all along, plus the bonus abs, one!!! I hope that as I log my progress, others will be inspired, no matter what shape they are in!

Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I have about 85 DVD's and when you multiply that by at least 4 premixes, well, you get A LOT OF VARIETY AND YOUR BODY NEVER GETS BORED!!!! Cathe is the best, tried all the other so called good ones, and she is still better!!!

The FIRM. I started out with the FIRM videos before I knew about Cathe. They are good, especially for getting back in the grove, but they became too gimmicky with too many useless equipment you had to buy just to do the videos.
My Fitness Goals
I'm 55. I got off the 'wagon' of exercise and good health. I have quit smoking for over 1 1/2 months after almost dying from a strange virus. I want my body back, I want my life back, and I want to feel awesome like I used to. Since I suffer from clinical depression, exercise is key to this disease as well as taking the medication for it. Many people do not know that you HAVE to exercise to manage depression as well as taking the anti-depression medication for it!!!
My Success Story
I'm working on it!! LOL!!! I truly want to be one of those really hot 75 year old women that are in the Body Building Scene, now!!! Right now, I eat a lot of vegetables and switched to a vegetarian just because I just don't like meat anymore. I still eat a 'good ole homemade' stew now and then, but I really prefer a vegetarian diet.
