How I found out about Cathe Workouts
My gym membership was running out and I didn't want to renew it. I did, however, really enjoy the Body Pump classes so I Googled "Body Pump DVD" and stumbled across Cathe - and boy am I glad I did! I love Cathe's workouts!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe pushes you in an encouraging and motivating way. She is very precise and explains everything to you. It's also easy to follow Cathe's instructions (even if the workouts are HARD!) as she has a very natural flow to her routines.

Other Workout DVDs that I own
I owned The Tracy Anderson Method DVD but I sold that on eBay as it was too "dancy" for me. I also own Nell McAndrew's Maximum Impact DVD but I'm going to sell that too as it's "messy" and nothing compared to Cathe!
