    I went for a bike ride this morning and hit some trails for about 7 miles. Some were still covered with snow and ice and I had to get off and walk. But it was a nice morning and it was enjoyable to be outside. I stopped by the thrift last night and oh boy did I hit the jackpot!! I think...

    I did a CL - 202 - which true to my form I end up doing this where I do two similar style workouts back to back and feel like "I already did this!"

    This morning I did Live 122 Shock circuit. Its an older one and only 39 minutes. This is the first one I've done since re-subscribing that I was just like - meh... she just kept taking breaks and you could tell she was trying to think of another exercise to do for that round.

    Cathe Live 263 Metabolic bootcamp this morning. This was about 45 minutes and was rounds of metabolic moves - so no cardio and no jumping. The cardio came from the combo moves. I liked it. I should have gone heavier on some moves but that's the problem with doing new workouts all the time...
