    I guess I've forgotten to check in since the 4th of July! I did a bike ride yesterday trying to make it back before the rain started (I made it). This morning I did a band workout on Ifit with Hannah Eden and then did a 10 minute pilates routine/stretch to cool down.

    I tried for a bike ride outside this morning. It was nice and I even saw a bear headed down the other side of the road (a 3 lane road with bike lanes on each shoulder) this morning. I first thought someone had lost their dog!!

    I did an upper body reverse pyramid from Vera LaRoe this morning. Interesting format - I wasn't prepared for the reverse style - where your heaviest weight and lowest reps are first. Its hard to judge what to grab in that scenario. But it was a good workout.
