- I own so many work out DVDs it would be hard to list them all. But I'll give you a taste here: most of the Beach Body workouts, Billy Banks Tae Bo, Kathy Smith, Denise Austin, Karen Voight, The Firm, Dancing with the Stars, Zumba -- just to name of few :)
- My Fitness Goals
- My main goal is to reach 20% BF and lose 15 lbs by the end of summer 2010. Fitness-wise, I'd like to be strong enough to do at least 5 real pull ups (if this is realistic).
