My Success Story
I've been "working out" since my first child's birth in 1989 but I've always been in to sports as a child and throughout High School: Gymnastics, Softball, cheerleading and track. I never stop moving. However, I gained quite a lot of weight with all three of my pregnancies (the first child I gained 50 lbs and the next two I gained 60 lbs). So, working out to lose the weight and then maintaining has been very important to me. Sounds crazy to a lot of people, but I actually look forward to my workouts!! Then, after my workout I STILL can't sit still! ;)
