Although my goals have never been weight loss - I have lost 20 pounds since I began a daily exercise routine 2 years ago (133 to 113). I workout every morning before my kids wake up for about 35 minutes. On the weekends I will push it to 45 min to an hour. I do not "diet" but I do watch the kinds of foods I eat and try to moderate the ones that are the least healthy. Cathe's workouts are my favorite and most challenging. I know I am pushing myself when I have her on the TV.
