- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- After doing The Firm videos for years, I was experiencing a downturn in my fitness when I turned the ripe old age of 40. Looking for more intensity, I came across Imax 3 in Collage Video's brochure. I ordered it, since it was marked a "staff favorite." I was totally blown away by his workout and knew Cathe was the answer to my middle-age fitness challenges.

- I know I can get a great workout with Cathe. She pushes me and provides mentally challenging routines. I love her personality and feel she is a true professional.

- My only success is that I am fitter now than when I was in high school. I have exercised consistently for the past 24 years and have even taught fitness classes. I have just discovered a new level of fitness working out with Cathe.
