To continue maintaining my weight loss, lose 12 lbs, and to gain 4-6 lbs muscle this year.
My Success Story
Since beginning my journey in December, 2006 I have lost 50 lbs, and have maintained my weight loss since November, 2007 living a Leanness Lifestyle. I have worked out consistently for 2 years now, mainly doing TaeBo, jogging, some of Cathe's workouts. Have done weight training consistently, but now I want to do resistant training PROGRESSIVELY to build lean muscle mass. The journey STILL continues...
