When I began doing Cathe Workouts
2007 I was able to create a gym in my basement when I bought my first Cathe DVD. I had to move since then, so I no longer have my own personal gym.
How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I stumbled across her one day, not certain where, but then bought my first video and i loved it.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I find her workouts very challenging and motivating. Going to a gym, I can easily talk myself out of something, or not give it my all, but when I workout with Cathe, I push myself harder!

My Fitness Goals
I need to change my body composition and I want to get down to 20% body fat. I will accomplish this by both training with weights and cardio to help burn the fat!
My Success Story
Back in 2004 I was finally the fittest I had ever been. I went from 33% BF to 18%, weight down 165 # to 138#. I felt I was in the best shape of my life! Lots of weight lifting and working with a personal trainer. My avatar is a picture of me at my best! I look pretty dark but I was tanning and then for the photo shoot, I used what is called Dream Tan to help the muscles stand out. I then got pregnant in 2005 and that did not slow me down (ok, maybe a little), but then Shannon (the baby) got very ill and was hospitalized. It took months, then she had a Bone Marrow Transplant in 2006. She is doing wonderful now. But it did affect my physique in not so positive ways. Well, I am at it again (but not as agressive).
