Today I did more DanielPT from YT. I did a Cathe warm-up beforehand and my own stretch - about 50 minutes in total.

I worked out Friday, Saturday and today. I think I did a Youtube w/o or 2 by DanielPT on Friday. Saturday was a total body w/o by the same guy and today was an upper body by same again. I did Cathe warm-ups and cool downs.

Yesterday I did another Precision YT KB w/o for about 35 minutes. Today I did a mix of a warm-up from the ICE series, a 15 minute YT KB w/o and about 15 minutes of a YT C&E weighted core w/o. Now, to get ready for work!
