Today I did a 20 minutes MH workout (lower body low impact body weight only) + one segment from STS squat rack legs. Short workout today. I have not slept well this week which is affecting my workouts. Ah well.

Lisa - you can subscribe for 7 days and then quit if you don't like it. he has endless programs - all similar but it's fun to wake up to a new workout each day + another 1100 to choose from. I still subscribe to Cathe too but haven't been using...

Today I did half of a MH workout - total body + 10 minutes of spinning. I slept in and have to be in the office just after 9am.
Snowstorm here yesterday. NFLD got like 70 cm - they had to send in the army. seriously.
Today I did a SSOD cycling workout to disco music - very fun! Before that I did a 35 minutes Milhoy chest, shoulders, back workout. I missed the last couple of days due to work demands. I just don't like missing workouts but... it happens.

Today I did a SSOD workout with this new guy named Fred. This guy is Uhhhhhmazing. It was an old fashioned 33 minute workout with jumping jacks, push ups, squats, abs etc. no weights. I loved every minute of it.
Also excited about Cathe's new offerings. I love a solid 30 minute...

I've been MIA as I was driving my DD back to Uni on Sunday/Monday. The weather in Ottawa is just so different than Toronto. 4 hours north and you're in a snow belt. Toronto - balmy :).
