    Hi Everyone, Today I did a 40 minute spin class from SSOD. I added on 100 KB swings and 100 bicep curls with a KB. I did my own stretch. Have a great day everyone.

    Hi Everyone, Today I did a mish mash of things. I did 4/6 rounds of Cathe's latest bootcamp live + 25 minutes of her live bi's/tri's + 100+ KB swings and my own stretch. It's good to be home and in my own bed/space. Have a great day everyone. Geesh it's been hot!
