Today I did kundilini yoga. My body felt tired and sore from my workouts these last 3 days so I opted for this instead. Thanks for the suggestion Lannette! I enjoyed it.

Today I did a mish mash of things. I did 4/6 rounds of Cathe's latest bootcamp live + 25 minutes of her live bi's/tri's + 100+ KB swings and my own stretch.
