My Fitness Goals
130 pounds or less (from a beginning weight of 182). I'd like to be at 11% body fat.
My Success Story
Started taking Releana (great stuff!) (Hcg hormone) after I hit an all time not-pregnant weight of 182.5 lbs. At 44 and after 4 kids, I could never get below 160 pounds no matter how much I cut back (even > 800 calories a day) or how hard I'd work out. The Releana let me go on a low calorie diet (>800 a day) and tap into the stored fat. I added Cathe to my schedule after the first 3 weeks, and I've dropped 40 pounds in 10 weeks (a sensible weight loss). Now I'm looking at upping my weights/reps and doing much more challenging cardio (lifts instead of merely stepping). I've dropped from a size 14+ to a size 8 (and those are loose) and am about to go shopping for size 6. I feel great.
