How I found out about Cathe Workouts
by accident really! Normally I dont watch TV at all, but moving to a new state away from family/friends/reg workout routines....I got desparate! I was flipping channels!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
its a mixture of cardio and weights plus low and high impact days!
She has motivated me in my weakest areas--that is upper body strength.

lose torso & tricep FAT! I completed my 1st Triathlon this year...BUT I cannot seem to eat the right foods. I have searched but every meal plan requires dairy products...PLEASE ADVISE
