- Hi, I'm new to the forum and haven't done any of Cathe's dvds yet but sure plan to. I'm looking to tone up, build muscle and lose my at least half of my stomach. Most of Cathe's workouts are long and I prefer shorter 30 minute programs so I'll see what I end up doing...Will give more details a little later...
