- I lost 150 lbs back in 1992 over the course of a year and a half. I was 15. I kept it off ever since, but always battled with ten or so pounds. It wasn't until my introduction to Cathe that I really integrated lifting & cleaner eating into my life. I am the fittest I have ever been, even after having my son!
