Hi Jane. I'm a newbie on the forum and to STS but not to Cathe's workouts. I have the streaming. I only have 45 minutes in the morning to workout and want to start STS. Each workout is longer than that. What would you recommend? And do you know when to incorporate the three STS total body...
I have Cathe's streaming and I love it. I would like to start STS and I don't have the guide, but my question is I only have 45 minutes each morning and each workout is a little longer than that. Any suggestions?
