How I found out about Cathe Workouts
First learned about Cathe while browsing CollageVideo.com. Her DVD's looked hardcore, and it took me several years to work up the courage and finally give one a try. Kept thinking I would work up to Cathe's level gradually, but found I got bored with the beginner level workouts. Decided the only way to work up to Cathe's level was to pick up a DVD and start jumping & pumping.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe's workouts are always challenging, and she is a terrific motivator. Just when I'm about to give up, she pushes me to work harder. On those rare days when I make it through an entire workout, I am dripping with sweat and totally spent, but feel fantastic!
