I can tell you so far I lost some weight the first cycle. Now I'm in phase 2 and I'm doing pretty good probably lifting alittle lighter than the first time. But I'm feeling good and feeling sore lol thank you for asking!!!

Looking forward to this! I am on week 4 of STS ( doing it at 50 is so different from the last time I did this series) so this will be a welcome change! Thank you Cathe for always switching it up and keeping me in my toes literally!!!!

It's been very slow and last weeks live workout won't play?!? Maybe it's due to them working on the website for the new work outs?
