I was the typical fat kid who had bad skin, glasses, braces! I was bullied (or as I call it Tortured) in school! I was in Gymnastics but was a bulky kid when I did that! I finally lost some weight when I was 16. I was still chunky. By 24 I was working out to Tae Bo and trying every fad diet and pills! Finally I found Cathe and really started to push myself to my limits. I now workout 6 days a week and I run 30 miles a week! I still look at myself as a chubby person but I am trying really hard to overcome it!
