I began doing Cathe's workouts about 3 years ago.
How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I was looking on the web for information on a workout video with the stability ball. I was reading reviews on a particular video and several people said that the video I was looking at wasn't good - they preferred Cathe. So I decided to find out more about Cathe and I loved the videos right off the bat.
