  • I LOVE chocolate...so my New Year's resolution was to knock out the sweets. Although I haven't been completely faithful, I've stopped eating desserts (except when my husband takes me out for dinner, or my office buddy brings in homemade cookies :)). It's made a big difference, before I wasn't losing anything, but as of this morning I'm down 4.5 lbs since New Years (not much, but it's something and that something wasn't happening before even though I was working out 5-6 days a week)!

    I can't imagine working out with two 3 years boys! I have a three year old grandson, whom I adore, but would never be able to workout while he's with me. Hats off to you!
