How I found out about Cathe Workouts
The Firm message boards. There was this "Cathe" they kept talking about that really kicked it up a notch. I got the Basic Step DVD and...well...I was like OMG THIS IS SO HARD! ha ha!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I can feel my body changing for the better every time I do a workout with Cathe. I love the feeling of kicking my own ass :) I don't feel like a minute is wasted and I am loving the way I feel stronger every day.

My Fitness Goals
I'd like to get to the level of an advanced exerciser. I am currently doing the 90 day LIS/Xtrain rotation, in addition to walking my dogs about 2-3 miles a day.
My Success Story
I had lost about 20 pounds over the course of two years with the Firm in 2005. Then I got married and it all found its way back to me. I tried Cathe off and on but pushed myself too hard and inevitably ended up injuring myself. This year I am starting slow, taking it day by day, and listening to my body. I've lost 16 pounds since Nov. 2011 and hope to lose about 14 more.
