Hi Jaypea, I do have a fit tower but I don't use it for Barlates workouts, I can use a chair. I get the downloads within 24 hours.

Just an update, I've ordered the three month Barlates subscription. I'm looking forward to ten workouts a moth @ for three months! I'm in Australia so I end up paying $2 a workout. Cant wait!
