Alice’s Grandma

*A couple years of travel positions with an intense schedule were not kind to my body or health. I’ve scaled back my work life to consulting. Extra time with the grandkids!

* It’s been super challenging keeping up with weight control, muscle mass/balance, especially through my late 50’s, now that I’m 10 years plus post menopause. Osteoporosis diagnosed as well, surprising since I’ve always been a runner and milk drinker. Still OK with impact and step, but things work better with slower tempo and simpler footwork. Any balance work is greatly appreciated!!

*I can’t use barbells or sliders do to limitations of my workout area (i.e. small shared living room with pampered floor) always looking for dumbbell, floor, band, fitness ball and step workouts.

Independently lift and securely strap Baby Alice (age 1) and her big brother Arlo (age 2 1/2) into their rearward facing car seats in a Honda Element (don’t laugh until you’ve tried this.)
