Other Workout DVDs that I own
4 Karen Voight, don't use them that much, only when I'm starting out again because she's really not that intense and doesn't have good length cardio for me. She's a little outdated, but ok for beginning again.
My Fitness Goals
Lose weight, be toned, the usual. Oh! Reduce my cholesterol, it's 201 and I'm 24 years old, I'm not too sure that's a good thing, so I'm working on that.
