- 4 Karen Voight, don't use them that much, only when I'm starting out again because she's really not that intense and doesn't have good length cardio for me. She's a little outdated, but ok for beginning again.

- Lose weight, be toned, the usual. Oh! Reduce my cholesterol, it's 201 and I'm 24 years old, I'm not too sure that's a good thing, so I'm working on that.
