How I found out about Cathe Workouts
FitTV in high school. I wouldn't do her workouts then because I thought they were over the top. After I hit 174 pounds I decided I needed to make some changes. I started with some easy cardio workouts and moved on to KickMax, still thinking it was way too much. I lost 55 lbs. working out with Cathe!! I love spending my mornings with her and the crew.
