Just out of curiosity which dip bar would you recommend? I really wanted Cathe's but I can't find her brand anywhere.

Cathe's are sold out. There's a set at Kohl's that's very similar in the adjustability aspects of Cathe's. Can't speak as to the quality though. Here's a link:
