Good Morning Everyone,

I started my day with a Cathe Live - Jump to it for 45 minutes. I will do an extended stretch. I've done this one before. It moves fast and is super fun with no repeats.

Linda - you are back enjoying KCM! Yeah! I still want to subscribe to T&D but haven't yet
Annette - wowza! hiking in this heat. You are dedicated. WTG with your Cathe workout too

Today's workout:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Rebound & Lift" - 52 min. Only 1 workout today, it is a long one, but fun!

CDorner’s Sweaty HIIT. No repeats. No equipment. Her guest was in her 70s. Not a true HIIT. As we all know, this term is used for the timer format these days. 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. Some exercises were more challenging than others. Definitely got my heart rate up. Followed with Cathe Live. She had technical difficulties so it started 20 minutes late. I was just about to give up. It was an express class. 30 minutes. She fluctuated between 2 to 4 risers on the step for lower body strength. She’s still lifting much lighter than usual. I’m wondering if she is practicing some moves and formats for the bonus workout on the new series. Hoping to get some weed whacking done this afternoon.
 
Aqua girl… was that a rebounding workout? I haven’t used mine in ages. Maybe I’ll pull it out this weekend.

CeceFifi… not sure I did that live yet. I’m slowly marking off the ones I do to try to complete as many classes as possible while I have the subscription. I’m all about no repeats so I’ll have to check it out.

Yes, getting house in order is a process! My painters are almost finished. Just two bathrooms and they will be complete! Frig a NO SHOW yesterday. Cancelled the order with Lowe's and ordered online with Home Depot. They are delivering Tuesday! YAY! Fingers crossed - I am a bit skeptical!

ChelePA, I like HIIT for short cardio. I'm so far behind now with my move. It will feel like starting over:(
 
Ladies,
Still working on getting the house and workout room in order. Hope to put a big dent on the work out room this weekend. Ordered the put together flooring tiles from Sam's and supposed to be delivered Saturday.

Nicki- Hello's and waves:) I know how tough and time consuming a big move can be. Its a lot and very time consuming.
YAY for home depot getting a refrigerator to you Tuesday:) Good luck on getting everything in your house in order, and painters will be done soon, and of course getting your workout room situated the way you want. Hang in there it will get finished and it will all be worth it, and you can breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy. Have a good evening;)
