What's in this premix? I've seen it, but haven't tried it.
I love Supercuts. I've done the Extreme premix a couple of times but I like adding the CrossFire Cardio Circuit section to the end of Supercuts. Makes for an awesome workout.

It has chapters 1-28 (warm up through the bicep overhead extension) and then repeats chapters 2-19 (through the sprint shooters) and then skips to chapters 30-31 (sit up/push up combo and cool down/stretch). I added in chapters 29 & 30 before the cool down/stretch because I like those and didn't want to skip them. Time goes by very fast.
