Getting it done for JULY!!!

Today was kpc. :) been awhile since I did this one!

Belinda: oh I bet your excited! ;) nice job on B&G yesterday. What cardio did you decide on?

As for new series: holding off.

I have the crf and TTM ones. So far I have done crf and really like it. Great cardio w/o!
Tomorrow I am doing TTM for first time through. :) let you know how I do.

Karen and Sherry: what are you up to today? :)

Hi Heidi, Sherry and Karen,

Sorry for not checking back in again yesterday:( I was on the phone, FB most off the day:eek::(:confused: didn't get much done at all. Chatted with an old school friend on FB, she lives in Ga for the last 25 years. Lot's to catch up on:eek: Late afternoon the storm rolled around, my dog was so scared..he was clued to my leg:eek::confused: no kidding!! So I called it a day at this point:D

So this morning my elliptical arrived, it took those guys 3 1/2 hours to put it together. Parts were missing/broken. The iFit didn't came with an access code. Those guys were amazing, they didn't wanted to leave without me having using the elliptical. They drove to Home Depot and bought screws which were missing (they are the wrong onces, but it's working):D I mean, I can use the elliptical, but we have to have a tech come out and fix the rest.

In awhile I will do the elliptical and check it out:eek:

Hi all!

Been a few days - sorry - travel got in the way again.

Tuesday - had a headache, it was hot, the trail wasn't close to the hotel, and someone else was on the treadmill, so decided to make it a rest day.

Wednesday - did get in a 2 mile run with dog walk for warm up, but while I was running, a tranformer blew and we were without electricity. Went through the house lighting candles and opening windows, and completely forgot to stretch - feeling very tight today!

Tonight's plan - P90X BB & ARX with DS, and maybe some much needed stretching!

Heidi - If it wasn't so hot, I'd be trying that soup - look delcious! I did preview both of the new wo's while traveiling, and they both look awesome - especially all the premixes! Maybe I need to squeeze in one of them to loosen things up . . .

Belinda - Yay for the elliptical! That's awful about the hotel - yes, they better take if off your bill! Is your house full yet? I'm sure you are enjoying having the kids around.

Karen - are you hanging in there?

Will check back in tonight after I do wo!
 
Good morning everyone!

Needing some motivation here. No wo yesterday - ran around with the kids for the evening once I got home from work. Not feeling it yet today. Looks like I'm not the only one. Maybe we're all just enjoying the lazy days of summer. I'll go with that.

Think I'll take it easy for now and see what motivates me today. Whatever you do, hope it's a good one!
 
Hi Sherry,

My day yesterday turned into a day of total confusion with errands and work. My mom
Called me to see her Doc then called as I was headed her way to cancel.
Today was getting woke early to help my Mom move furniture with my Sis. This turned into a long morning and afternoon.
No w/o either day.

Tomorrow is another day to try again right? () I will aim for tri lower and a run tomorrow.
How about you? ;)

Good morning!

No wo yesterday, but I did buy new running shoes. Today's plan is to actually use them.

Yesterday we did errands (including the shoe buying) and then went to see Batman. Wasn't until later in the evening, that we realized dinner had been the popcorn and soda at the theater. Some days in summer we are so out of sorts.

So plans to day also include the grocery store to get healthy food in the house.

Heidi - join me on that run today?

Belinda and Karen - What are you two up to?

Just a quick update: haven't checked in since Friday, as you already know:p For some strange reason, I couldn't log on the Forum:eek: had to reset my password. Not sure, what this is all about?

I did kept up with my workouts, I did Leaner Legs on Friday. Saturday I did High Reps and we walked the dogs. Not sure, if I workout today or not?

We still haven't started painting. Went to Costco yesterday just to pick up dog food, which I forgot to buy:confused: DH and I saw these some very nice tv recliners. Of course, our car isn't big enough to put 2 recliners in:eek: Our neighbor and DH went back to Costco and picked up the recliners. We been looking for chairs for month now, didn't like what we saw. Everything we saw was old fashion recliners.

Maybe we will get the celling done today? Dh is up there patching up holes. We shall see!

Sherry - hope you get your run in today. What running shoes did you buy?

Heidi - sounds like you had a crazy day yesterday, hope today will be a better one. How is your mom doing?

Sherry: I got in my LIS Tri Lower this morning as planned. YEAH! Now for that run later with you. :) If my DD shows maybe do a trail run with her otherwise do a TM workout using Runervals.
I have my list of foods to get too. LOL! Our day sounds about the same. :)

Run later this evening
M: TTM
T: HR
W: cardio: run or cycle
Th: CRF
F: MM
S: TTM or may opt for cycle or run
Rest or Yoga on Sunday.

Well that's the plan so far... HEHE depends on my days if you know what I mean.

Karen: How are you doing? Hope your having fun with your new bike! :)

Well back to working in the yard.

Now to shower. BBL for personals.

Well, didn't quite make that run. DH and I had a BBQ to go to, and before hand had to get food for the kids, then afterwards, was worn out from sitting out in the 100 degree weather, even though we were under a pavilion. However, getting back with it with today's wo.

That looks like a great plan for the week! Hopefully life doesn't get too in the way.

Go to buy dog food, and also get recliners . . . that is exactly why we don't have a Costco membership anymore - too much impulsive buying. Though, since you were looking for them, that's not too bad.

I bought Asics Gel Kayano's - our whole family wears Asics, almost like we could be spokespeople for the brand.

Sherry: Great job getting your workout in yesterday! I hear ya on life getting in the way sometimes. I didn't get that run in Sunday either. My DD and her BF came over with some wine they bought at a winery in NH. Boy way that good! ;) We sat out relaxing in the yard most of the afternoon and then watched a movie.

Yesterday I ended up doing a TM run for 3miles using Treadmill Challengers. This is a great workout! You know I got more leg/butt DOMS from this workout then Tri Lower? HAHA! Weird eh?

So today's plan is High Reps. Better check my weight sheet to make sure I get a good workout this time.... ;)

Have a great day and try to keep cool. We are back in the humid yucky heat again.

Awesome job on your workout with the elliptical! I tried one in the mall but I guess I don't have the moves for this just yet... ;) Takes practice I think.

Oh Yeah! I look forward to seeing your new workout space too! :) I would give you some advise if I knew how to get a picture posted here... LOL! ;) Maybe save to desk top and then add link on your "User CP" page? Something like adding a count down bar....???

What's your plan for today? I will do High Reps and use heavier weights this time. ;) Maybe then I will have some extra DOMS. I ran yesterday and got more sore then from doing tri lower.

PS: Hey Belinda I added a photo link! ;) SEE BELOW FOR THE ATTACHED IMAGE. When writing in here use the "Go advanced" button and scroll to where it says "Manage Attachments" click and choose a picture from your computer (save your photo to the desktop first..to find easier) and click upload. When your done writing in to us just save as normal. The link should show at the bottom for us to click and see. ;) I hope this helps. I am sure there is another way to get a photo uploaded but this seems to be the easiest.

Sherry - I LOVE and appreciate my workouts space. I ldon't know, what I would do without Costco? Love that place. My running shoes are Asics too, feel like I am running on air.

Run done! 2 miles in the new shoes - plus it was cool - legs felt great! Also did a dog walk for warm up. And had wonderful DOMS this a.m. from yesterday's wo. :)

Heidi - Did Hi reps get you good today? Depending on the run, can get the glutes and hams just as good or better than some LBWO's.

Belinda - What did you decide to do today? Should be getting close on the house now, right?

Karen - how are you hanging in there?

Sorry forgot to post my workout yesterday. I was playing around with the pic yesterday. I ended up doing IS BC/ME Bonus workout, it was a good 68 circuit workout. It was my first time doing that one. After dinner, DH and I took the dogs for a 2 mile walk. I was beat after that.

Sherry - good job on that run/walk yesterday.

Heidi - I changed my email password a while back, forgot I never changed it on my phone. I was wondering why I couldn't read my emails on my phone anymore:eek::p Here is my workout room.

Need to do some cardio today?
