I worked out today and feel a little better, I haven't worked out since Thursday. This TOTM is killing me this time. Still have a headache.

Total body today and I had a fairly good workout, went heavy. Probably too heavy. :D

4 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each set. Good stuff!

Underhand Barbell Rows - 75#

Incline Barbell Press - 80#

Leg Press Station - 230#

Stiff Leg Deads - 75#

Barbell Curls - 55#

Close Grip Bench Press - 85#

I will AT tonite woke up at midnight with a headache so I didn't sleep well and DH kept letting his alarm go off and wouldn't get up.

Debbie-good job with your workout hope the headache goes away.

I'm back!!! Still getting over this yuck that I have but doing better and on the mend. I just finished my workout, taking it easy so its shorter. I decided to keep the workouts shorter this week to aid my recovery from illness.

Here's today's workout: I'm resuming Les Mills Pump 90 Day Rotation starting where I left off beginning with week 4.

Les Mills Pump- Pump & Burn = 35 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 311

I used #15 BB warm ups, #20 BB, #35 BB, #10 (1) weight plate for abs.

Hi girls!

Must be headache day. Entertained all day yesterday, went into work overnight, came home exhausted, slept 4 hours = wake up with headache. BUT, I did Athletic Training! :eek::eek::eek:

Must be the workout of the day too!

I guess I'll keep this general. Sorry, about the headaches, lack of sleep and just not feeling great feelings Debbie, Chris, Roxie. Belinda not sure if any of that applies to you or not. I hope all is well with Belinda.

Thanks for the welcome back Chris, man that short workout had me sweating buckets it was great. Still not feeling good but good enough to workout so I did. I did get Bob's totally ripped abs based on your recommendation Chris, I did view it and it looks really good. I haven't done that one yet but will probably after this week. Take care Chris and get some rest. ;)

Tonite I am going to go for a 2 mile walk and then do the step portion of C&W, Rhythmic step isn't one I like to do.

Today was cardio and I had a puke status workout. Been a long time since I've had one of those. I chose Cardio Coach Press Play and did the entire workout. It's been a long time since I've done this in it's entirety.

It's hard to believe that both coaches on this workout are gone. I know Jim McClarin wasn't a coach, but he was a true inspiration with this workout.

Anyways, had a great wrokout.

Hi girls! :)

Today I did a run at the park with my Zombies, RUN! app. It was pretty fun, different, kept my interest! But I wasn't feeling the best (tired from the crazy schedule of my weekend still), and probably wouldn't have done well with the zombie chase, though it seemed I did survive (so far). I ran some after the mission was done too, so about 50 minutes total.

Belinda: My body is sore all over from Athletic Training yesterday! ouchie! Good day to stretch for you , I think.

Roxie: Your workout with walking and C&W sounds good!

Debbie: I did CCPP on Friday for the first time! YES, definitely a kickbutt workout. I felt like puking/spitting too! I thought it very odd how they talked about "choosing to live" alot. Felt very strange listening to them talk about life. But the workout is crazy !!

Nora: Glad you're feeling better!! It sounds like you're giving yourself a little slack, so I'm glad to hear it. Wow. I'm SO tempted by those new TF's!!!! Though the first workout sounds kind of slow? beginner? what do you think? I'd like to hear from people who have done it first. Definitely the 2 low impact HiiTs sound tempting though!!!! And, yeah, the price isn't even too bad. .....

Better start thinking about making dinner!

Chris - I know what you mean. Choose "living" was the theme of that workout and it just breaks my heart even more. :( It is a kickbutt workout.
 
Hi girls,

Today was a rest day according to the Les Mills Pump week 4 rotation of 90 day or 12 week rotation. So, I'm taking it easy and sticking with this week's rotation as its stated not deviating from it so I can still recover. Next week I'll see if I'm up to adding on extra stuff in addition to what the rotation calls for, I'm just being cautious not wanting to backslide into getting sick again doing too much too soon. I'm sure you've all noticed I tend to go full throttle and add on to whatever rotation I'm doing and spend a fair amount of time working out. I'm taking it easy this week easing back into exercise for now. I'll probably add on if I'm up to it next week. So, today is a rest day for me.

Have a great night girls and great job on all your workouts. Yes, I'm very tempted regarding the new TF's.

Need to work my abs yet this week. Friday is my plan.

Roxie - If you are doing my rotation, check it out. I had to change the Total Body Trisets to doing one of the premixes. I didn't realize the workout was broken down with upper and body sections, I thought they were all together. So just do one of the express Total Body premixes.

Debbie-way ahead of you tonite is TBTS Express and a walk in the park. There is a Total Body but its 86mins long and I don't think I could do it, this workout is pretty tough.
 
OMG. :eek: , I ended up doing the entire Total Body Premix from Trisets! LOL! I thought, "Well, Debbie says so!". I did skip the hamstring ball roll ins and ONE set of the last triset of back/bi's/abs. About 82 minutes for me! LOL!

I had the time today, so , WTH.

Nora: I have to say, I am SUPER impressed with your holding back on the workouts and going slower. I know you push it ALWAYS, so this is huge for you. I'm very happy your are doing it this way!!!

Debbie: Nice job on your total body today! Great weights and great TB workout!

Roxie: Nice job on walking and C&W last night! ... Good luck on TBT tonight. It is actually, an awesome workout!... Oh! What new workouts are KCM coming out with? More 30 minute stuff?
