Thank you Cathe, thank you!!! This came out just in time for me. I've been participating in roller derby since July and at the end of September I took a fall that didn't look too bad. However it managed to fully tear my PCL. Not a fun injury, and it has a long recovery time with or without surgery. Luckily it's an isolated tear with no other injured ligaments so no surgery at this time.
Anyway, that being said, I'm not allowed to do impact workouts and the physical therapist is working the hell out of my quads and hamstrings to compensate for the pcl. Turbo Barre is amazing for that!!! Right when I was at my most frustrated not be able to skate or do much to burn calories I got my hands on this workout and looooove it! Thank you!!!
