COMMIT TO GET FIT AND LEAN FOR APRIL 14, 2011

Morning,

DH and I came home back later from Landstuhl yesterday, I was so beat. He just comfirmed everthing the three German doctors said We were hoping the German doctors were wrong, but they were right! DH needs hip replacement. DH hip bone is rubbing on bone, which is causing all those pain he has been having and he hardly can walk anymore. WTH! We are getting ready to retire and now this...don't get it? DH canceled his hip surgery (he was scheduled for next Monday!), we decited it would be better to get it done in the US! The miltary doctors here in Germany already scheduling his surgery at Walter Reid hospital in DC (military hospital) as soon as we get there and before his is offically retired from the Army (which is not until the end of this year)!

We are having my DH's retirement ceremony this afternoon.

I will try to get a workout in today,not sure what yet?

Good Morning!

Just a quick check in to say good bye for a week I probably won't be back here until next Friday. I did all of the workouts I wanted yesterday which was GS UB, Kari Andersons abs, LBB Standing work and 12.5 k run outside! My UB is soooo sore this morning.

We are pretty much ready to go. Just need to pack some final things!

Belinda: So sorry about DH. That is not a surgery I am looking forward to. My mom had the same thing and had hip replacement because she was in so much pain. Look at it this way. When all is done he will have a brand new hip. Hugs. Hope he will be OK until then.

Lori: Have a great time on vaca!!!! Well done on everything.

Kristin: Woohoo, have a great time. You deserve it!

Deb: Thanks, you so nice. I also have to count a bit more. 2 weeks until vacation.

Melissa: Wow, you can play it like Demi Moore. If that doesn't make you feel good I don't know what will.

I feel fine this morning after AS last night. I am planning on STS total body tonight.

Hi,

I thought it would be quiet here with everyone catching some rays & relaxing maybe even drinking pina coladas by now I took a spin class this morning and work afterwards.

Belinda - That's a tough operation but with the new technology it's a good time to be getting it done. DH's friend had it about 6 mo.'s ago and bounced back pretty quickly. Have fun at Dh's retirement party.

Helene - Have fun with STS tonight

Amelia - Enjoy the sun today . . . it was beautiful here today too! I actually thought it was too hot when I was eating lunch in my car
