beginner kb

after shoulder recovery i am ready to start doing some kb so i should start out simple-nothing fast paced. any suggestions?

Kathy Smith's KB workout (last I saw, it was on a DVD with her boxing workout, which is also very good).

Powerstrike 3 (with Ilaria and Patricia). Not sure if it's OOP or not.

Jessica Smith's "10-minute solution knockout body"

As you're just recovering from shoulder problems, I'd recommend not using weighted gloves or weights of any kind, even if the instructors do.

Also, check out the previews at www.collagevideo.com and/or at www.totalfitnessdvds.com as they can give you a good idea of the workout (it's nice to look at both, as they often are different).
