Hey ladies
My grandfather died last night. I can't even say passed away because he didn't; he was involved in a "freak accident" which I call FOUL because his wife's (NOT my grandmother) previous 2 husbands mysteriously died also. It's like something from a freakin movie. My parents are going down to VA today to settle the arrangements and I will go down once the funeral is set. It still doesn't feel real. I feel mostly anger at this point so the sadness part hasn't hit me that hard yet.
Tonight I am planning to do AS & the cardio premix for SC Cardio Circuit. I need something to take my mind off things so this will prob do it.

Trish great WO yesterday! Are your legs fried?? I figured there weren't any squat racks you could store away

. I dunno, I was entertaining the idea of getting the push/pull tower. Even though it's not a squat rack, I could use it for barbell presses and pull ups. Still on the fence w/ that one

I might have to join you on that 1 stretch session a week idea.
