Good Morning Girls.

I owe Diana and Jacque personals from yesterday but don't have the time right now. I will get to 'em today though. PROMISE! :)

Y'day was another busy day w/o much in the way of housework getting done. Another fun one so not complaining but now I have a lot to do after work this week. BOOH.

I exercised early y'day morning, hung out in the sun for about 90 minutes, rented and watched the first Iron Man movie, finally got my belly button ring changed to the other one I purchased when I got it done. It's a silver color barbell with a tinkerbell type charm hanging off of it. Quite flashy (for me) but adorable and looks great! :). After that we went to dinner and to get the plates put on my car.

I developed an allergic reaction to something y'day (suntan lotion??) so now I have a beatiful itchy rash on half of my body. Oh joy! I took benadryl last night before bed and it calmed the itching but I am afraid to take it today for fear that it will make me drowsy. I will be going to the doctor if it doesn't go away on it's own by tmrw I think.

I have some pretty severe glute DOMS this morning! Makes me happy! Today's plan is a short cardio and GS Legs Floor Work (used to love this one and do it all the time!) to change it up a bit!

Its good to be home:D DS wasn't as excited as I thought he was going to be. I think he knew I was coming home though b/c DH had trouble getting him to sleep last night and when he woke up, he yelled out to me. Apparently he hasn't done that since I left ( I find that hard to believe).

So guys....I think I have found a new passion! It wasn't torturous...but FARRRRRRR from easy! But b/c I couldn't physically push myself at the end I didn't feel the urge to throw up. When I want to throw up is when I think I never want to do this again. I will definitly be doing the one in Toronto in Oct that I registered for before this one.

Wendy** I need some help picking out some new workout dvds. I need some new weight workouts and I need you to help me!:D I don't want anyone annoying and I don't want to buy any new equipment. Think you can help me!!??:D

Jacque** Have you calmed down?? I would be royally ticked as well! That is one of the reasons I don't enjoy loaning things out. Most times when people borrow things they won't replace it when they break it. It should be law!

Diana** Did you decide on the HM? I really, really enjoyed the marathon and sooo happy I did it!

My legs were sooo sore yesterday. We walked around most of the day and every once in a while my leg would snap back as if it were giving out. I was just glad that it didn't happen to both legs at the same time b/c I would have been flat on my face!!

Hi ladies,

I've been awake most of the night. I hate when that happens but I've noticed it to be more prevalent on Sunday nights. Hopefully I will have enough energy for a short cardio after I drop Jerod off at school.

I think my bootcamp class starts Thursday night. I'm really looking forward to it.

Wendy-hope that rash goes away quickly. Do you think the smaller jeans can be attributed to BBL and Tonique? Keep up the good work, you've obviously found something that works for you and you like...the hardest part. I love the

Lori-I figured after you ran this marathon you'd want to do another! I'm so happy for you. I looked at the HM again yesterday and it is quite pricey, $90.

Jacque-What's on your agenda today?

I'm heading out...hope to do DWP when I get back here.
 
Hey Ladies.

Didn't have as much time as I thought this morning so ended up doing only half of Insanity MIST. I shouldn't say "only" coz it was one hell of a work out but didn't have time for GS Floor Work. Oh well. Maybe tonight if my glutes can take it! :eek:

Lori:: Congrats again on a fab marathon!!!! Hmmm...new weight work outs from non-annoying instructors? Have you tried Kelly Coffey Meyer? She's got a few good weight work outs out already plus some new ones are on pre-sale right now! Check her out! I think you might like her! She's on Collage and also has her own site but I don't remember the name of it. Sorry!

Diana:: I don't know what the smaller jean size is attributed to since I weigh more then I did when I bought the orginal pair and since according to my omron my BF is also up! I like the way I look tho so to heck with the numbers I say! :p Sorry about the lack of sleep. I hope you had the energy for that work out this morning. As they say....You'll have plenty of time to sleep when you are dead! LOL The start date for STS is Saturday June 19th if you are interested!!!

Jacque:: Glad you had a fun night with your DD! You deserved it! Good for you! LOL at her introducing you that way but you know it's true wether or not it embarrasses you!!!! ;) Houswork is for the birds. I love having a clean, orderly house but hate having to do the work to make it that way! :p

Well those look like some great w/o's! I'm holding out for a bit longer....actually looking forward to Chalean's Turbo Fire next month.

I was doing great coming up with a rotation until Wendy sent that darned link to that cute guy.:D This morning I did Jillian's BFBM and thought it was a bit boring...not terrible but not as fun as a Cathe w/o. Interestingly though, I burned 400 calories and was quite surprised.:rolleyes:

I came across my Ms. Fit weight workouts and have decided to give those a try for the next several weeks mixed in with cardio and running. Yep, running....going to try to get back into it if only for up to 6-8 miles. This afternoon I hit the rec ctr and did 2 days of Ms. Fit's weight training today. I did Quads, Calves, and Chest & Triceps, abs.

Squats 4X12 65/115/115/115
Extensions 4X12 75/100/87.5/87.5 trouble finding the right wt.
Lunges 4X15 65/65/65/65
Standing Calf Raises 3X10 90/90/90
Toe Raises 3X10 50/50/50

Flat Bench Press 4X12 65/65/65/65
DB Incline Press 4X12 20/20/20/20
DB Incline Flyes 4X12 20/20/20/20

Close grip press 4X12 40/40/40/40

finished with weighted ab work

I expect my legs, chest and triceps to be quite sore tomorrow. Although I thought I could go heavier on some exercises, the 4 sets made it pretty difficult and I was struggling through the last several reps of the last set on most of these exercises.

Wendy-just as I was trying to come up with my own rotation, a struggle as it is with all the w/o's I have....leave it to you to throw something into the mix. I have to admit that I appreciate all your "finds" and that you willingly share them with us. Tell Jen thanks for sharing! As of this moment, my plan is to do cardio in the AM and hit the rec ctr for heavy training ala ms. fit.

Lori-Congrats again....I'm so glad you had a wonderful experience and are ready to do it again. Not sure if you like Amy Bento or not, but she has some pretty good weight w/o's too and she's on Collage so you can see some clips.

Jacque-where are you today missy??? Probably just busy with work stuff.

Laura-Is DB's election tonight? Sending Good Luck vibes....with all your walking and delivering flyers I'm sure he's in good shape for a WIN. Hope you had a wonderful weekend.
