Good morning!

Today will be a cardio/abb workout then some much needed yoga.

The scale is slowing going back to my pre-crazy week weight.(cheated twice last week) i can't believe how much water weight i gain when i don't watch it. Still got two lbs until i can work on losing agian:confused:

Applebee's was good last night,i got the Dijon chicken w/portabella.

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is EBs Burn and Firm Pilates depending on how I feel vomited again this morning. Stomach pains started at 1am. Things are calm at the moment but it still hurts.

Amelia-congrats on the lbs.
 
Roxie: hope you feel better.

Amelia: that applebees dinner sounds delish.

Hey Jean how are you?

I will be doing shovelmax this morning. We got dumped with ice and then
about 5inches of snow with 3-6" more on the way. You'd think by now we would have a snow blower, but DH keeps putting off buying one. UGHH.:confused:

workout done. Decided on 4ds HIS(still don't have last combo down:confused:) then i did some more sara ivanhoe yoga. I feel great. Burned 350 total

Elaine-Im willing to bet you burn alot of calories doing shovelmax....

Roxie-Did you get a stomach bug? I hope you feel better soon.

Amelia-I didn't eat very well this weekend and I think my stomach has shrunk and when I put to much food in it it gets angry and purges itself. I haven't gotten sick anymore stomach just hurts.

Stomach still queasy but I think it is now due to TTOM. I did Basic Step wasn't much but better than nothing.

Amelia: I am sure I burned a ton of cals. It took my DS(15) and I 4 hours to shovel. It was so heavy. My clothes under my winter coat and snow pants were soaked!:eek:

Roxie: glad you felt better enough to get a wo in.

Im leaning towards taking a rest day today...the kids go back to school so i can enjoy some peace for a while.

Im kinda puzzled at my sneek peek at the scale,up .6 from yesterday's weight and when i'am on target with my calories and water...it should be going down. Ive still got at least ten more days until TOM...so im scratching my head. Maybe its muscle or water..i hope so.:confused: i hope the scale was't playing tricks on me with that low weight a week ago:(

Elaine-4hours:eek: yes...you got in a fabulous workout.

Roxie-I hope your stomach is better today. Is it a sour stomach? I had one of those about a month ago and it was queasy for four days...really sucks.

Tonite is EBs Zen Sculpt Pilates. Stomach is much better today now just the usual TTOM problems.

Elaine-won't you be glad when winter is over so far we haven't had any snow this month.

Amelia-ignore the scale it only disappoints you. Enjoy your rest day.
 
Roxie, glad to hear stomach is doing better.

Elaine, that's a lot of shoveling. What a workout.

Amelia, I think our body weight flucuates depending on the type of workout. Last week when I had not worked out for a couple of weeks, each time I weighed myself I weighed exactly the same thing. That never happens when I working out. Then at the end of the week when I started working out, my weight started to go back to it's daily changes. As first I was like, Why bother working out if I can stay the same weight when doing nothing, but I know my body needs the exercise so I am trying to suck it up and get back to a routine. Plus I know that the way I eat(poorly) I won't stay the same for long, LOL.
 
This morning I did Athletic Step. It took me 48 min. and I bunred 248cals.
It is a fun WO. I had to concentrate as she dosen't break down the routines very much at all. I still have step moves and MMA fusion to do.

Amelia: I hope you enjoyed your rest day.

Roxie: You sure are doing a lot of Ellen lately. What is it that you like about her?

Elaine-she is low impact so it doesn't hurt any joints and its a change of pace every once in awhile. I am not really into working out right now so I don't want anything really high in impact. In this workout she only uses 3lb wts but I think I am going to use 5s.

Ive got a cardio plus some upper body/abb weights on tabs today but first i have to take DH to the emergency room,he was outside repairing a fence yesterday and smashed his thumb...he's been in pain all night.

I will catch up with everyone later.
 
Amelia: hope DH's thumb is okay.

I did Push Pull this morning. It has been a long time since I've done that one.

Gotta go to my son's school and look in the lost and found for his hat, then off to the library for volunteer work.
 
Hey girls, workout done. Did 4ds LIS, BM2 upper body then PH abbs.

DH is still asleep, i gave up on taking him to the ER. I went back there twice and reminded him that i was waiting...said the hell with it after that and started my workout:cool: guess he isn't in that much pain after all :rolleyes:

Elaine-Nice job on push pull enjoy your trip to the library. What kind of volunteer work do you do there?

I did my workout last night but DH wanted to snuggle so I didn't get it recorded. Tonite is EBs Fat Burning Pilates. I am seeing inches disappear but my wt. is going up I just don't understand sometimes what my body is doing.

Amelia-aren't men stubborn? Have a good workout.

Elaine-did you find his hat?
 
Roxie: No I didn't find his hat. It amazes me how much stuff collects at his school's lost and found. I guess I'll write his teacher a note to look in the class room.

Amelia: I just started volunteering at the library. So far I've been putting DVDs away and today I ran the repair machine on about 50 DVDs.
I like it. One of my New Year resolutions was to volunteer somewhere.

Hi everyone. glad to see everyone getting their workouts in. I'm still not very motivated. I've done a couple of jog/walks with the dogs, but that 's it. I did get up early this morning though so maybe I can start to get back into my early morning routine. A little bit of exercise is better than none.

Good Morning,

Tonite is EBs Burn and Firm Pilates. I have decided next week to focus on more cardio since I don't feel like I am getting enough burn with these workouts.

Jean-I hope you get back into the game soon. You are right the dog walks/jogs are better than nothing.
