I could be wrong but I think that youtube video is just a mini w/o like the other ones that Lauren has been posting and her new DVD will be different. Her email said she should announce the DVD details in a few days

Does Lauren have a workout that incorporates both kettlebell and TRX training? She has a clip on youtube in which she demos both.
