Today I will do a full body workout. Not sure what I will do today?

Morning,

Here is what I did today. I decided to do PUB/PLB Bonus workout. I really like that workout. Next time I will do 4 sets instead of 3!


Squats 55/55/55 ,I went up in weight, my back still feel good:p
SS with
Leg press 25/25/25 ,I used 3 risers

Chest flies 10/15/15 ,I think I can go up next week?
SS with
Chest press 10/15/15

Pull over 10/15/15, still kept it light!
SS/w
Double arm rows 10/15/15

Leg press 25/25/25
SS/w
Lunges 45/45/45 I should have gone up!

Rear flies 5/5/8
SS/w
Side raises 5/5/8
Lateral raises 5/5/8 these burned!

For deadlifts, I did leg extensions on my bench with 25 lb., I do need to go up!

Seated overhead press 10/15/15

Hammer curls 15/15/15

Bicep curls 15/15/15, these got me good today, had a nice burn!

Stretch, of course for the most part I do my own stretches. Still can't go down that deep!

Had a nice workout. I think, I had some great Full body workouts this week. I am a lttle sore these week, lol! It's all good.

Hi ladies. I enjoyed my rest day and shopping with coworker. This morning I got up early and did Imax 3 then KPC abs. Very happy to be done with my workout.

My throat is not sore today. Sinuses still draining just a bit. I think my BP must be up from taking Claritin yesterday b/c my HR monitor was sky high today. I know it could not have been right (but I'll pretend).

Belinda - way to go with your workout this morning! I have not ever tried that premix. I swear, there are SOOO many premixes I've never even looked at.

Nora - Good job with your workout yesterday. I almost spit out my oatmeal when you mentioned feeling like a warrior strapping on the wrist weights, plus gloves! Really it's funny - HR monitor, knee brace, weighted gloves, sometimes ankle weights, and I use a weighted vest! :eek: Somewhere around 2 am I was actually thinking about a new blog post and talking about how when I go run it's strapping on all this crap just to run. HR monitor, knee brace, Ipod in the arm band then cord snaked through top. Probably takes 10 minutes to gear up!!! Oh, and thank you for taking a min. to check out the blog. I'm not trying to push it or anything, it's just something kind of fun I think.

Roxie - way to go with your leg workout. You may not be able to walk today, but you sure got in a good workout it sounds like.

Debbie - hope you're still enjoying your rest!

Hey Guys...

I'm about to go do DISC 18: Back & Bi's. Did IM3 yesterday, Intervals 1-6, and then I felt a little pull in my calf. Last time that happened , I kept going with my workout (it was IM2) and I pulled it GOOD, had to give up step for a month! So I stopped when I first felt it. It hurt last night more. Today it's better. I won't be doing step again until probably next week, sometime, so that's a good enough rest I hope. I added on Med Ball Abs after IM3.

I have to go to my mom's neighbor's service today. She was our neighbor ALL my life growing up, our family was all friends with their kids of the same age. Very sad. She died Monday. It's really quite a gloomy day today., and I'm feeling sad.

Hopefully lifting some big weights will make me feel better!!

Chris - smart move on stopping before really hurting yourself. Hopefully the weights today will help you take your mind off of things for a bit. HUGS!

I have decided to rearrange my workouts for today and tomarrow I want to do Jillian in the morning and its a circuit workout, so tonite I will do SJP step only with 1 set of risers, GS tris and shoulders and SJP abs.

Heather-right now I can walk but something tells me after I sit at work walking is going to be difficult.
 
Roxie - that's what usually happens to me. I wake up with a false sense of security. Then I set all day and ouch! Try to get up and walk around as much as you can.

Heather-I am trying to keep moving haven't sat down much but my legs are screaming. I decided if Cathe could squat 40#s do could I not a smart decision on my part for someone who hasn't worked legs much.

Just came back from my massage, lol! And NO, it was with the young guy. I get massages in 2 different places. Tuesday and Thursday I see the young guy(PT first then a massage) on post. And Fridays I see a lady off post. I get 3 massages a week. I don’t like the lady too much, she is not strong enough. She doesn’t go deep into the muscle. The guy, on the other hand knows how to get the job done, lol! Have fun with your workout today. LOL, about your DOMS!

Heather – glad you had fun with your coworker. I love shopping, did some myself today! LOL! You need to do that premix; it’s a lot of fun. I am doing a lot of premixes the last few weeks. Sometimes there are tougher than the original.

Debbie – hope you still enjoying your rest!

Chris – way to go on IM3 yesterday and D 18 today. Be careful with your calf. Sorry to hear about your mom’s neighbor. My prayers are with you, your mom and your neighbor’s family. (((HUGS))))

Roxie – nice workout plans today. Keep it up! I use 3 or 4 egg whites. Sometimes I add spinach, green onions and tomatoes.

Roxie - if you have any epsom salt, take a nice soak in some this evening. That always feels nice.

As for my egg whites, I usually do an omelet and add sauteed spinach, green and red bell peppers and onions. I have been doing some scrambled and putting them in a whole wheat burrito wrap. Since that's more "Mexican" or "Spanish" I start by sauteing up red/green bell peppers, onions, fresh banana pepper or jalapeno if I have some in the garden (and I like things spicy) and tomatoes then I pour in the egg whites and spice up however (typically cumin, salt, pepper, red pepper, tumeric, chili powder) and just scramble it all up. I buy the egg whites in the carton and usually use a little more than 1/3 cup. Kind of depends on if I'm having toast and fruit on the side or what.

The floor work was tough, I loved it!!! Yes, Heather I had all my hardware on too, all geared up in cathelite warrior gear!:p LOL!!:p
