"Subject: My health
Message: is very good! I had a free heart risk assessment today at Valley hospital with a wonderful woman who spent an hour with me. She tested my blood pressure in both arms and both legs, listened to my carotid artery on both sides, etc. etc. She was so thrilled with my numbers, she was jumping up and down. She asked if I would be available to participate in a nutrition group. People are often told what to do by practitioners, but it would be nice to have someone there whom they can see, and speak with, who actually does the things they are being asked to do. I am happy to share the good news with you.

Okay, she scared me half to death with the subject line, but I'm so proud of her!
