I am getting this started. Our family dinner was fun. I did eat too much:confused: Ended up have 2 of those cookies and some chips and queso. I made part of the enchiladas with low carb tortillas. A lot of good that did:p Funny how when you are just sitting around chatting it is easy to keep grabbing stuff to eat. I made my dd take those chips that were left home.
Today is cardio and some yoga/stretching. I will probably do the Oxygen Abs Interval Hills treadmill workout since I have been doing those two treadmill workouts once a week. Then I will add some to it.

Morning.

Wanted to do something this morning, but did not want to be in my workout room, so that when I return there on Monday to start Meso 2 I will feel like I had a break, so I headed back outside this morning and did CC4. I have a serious love/hate relationship going with Coach Sean.:p Workout was 50 minutes and I burned 466 calories. Gonna go check the miles in a few minutes.

Morning! Today is our anniversary- 11 years. :) We went out last night and had a nice dinner- I even behaved myself on the food front. It was nice. I may take today as a rest day- left calf is bothering me a bit and I want to be in good form to start my new rotation tomorrow. We'll see- I'm also interested in trying out my new Mindy Mylrea workout at some point.

Have a great day everyone!

Today was cardio and I decided to do Amy's "In The Ring". This is the second time doing this workout and I caught on quicker. Still some lower body combo's I can't get but this one is a lot of fun.

She does 4 kickboxing intervals and 4 med ball/cardio intervals. All of them are very fun. I skipped where she put intervals 1 & 2 together and 3 & 4 together. I just didn't feel like working out over an hour today.

HR STATS:
1 hr. 6 minutes total
8 minutes below zone
46 minutes in zone
11 minutes above zone
499 calories burned

I really like Amy. Her workouts aren't too high impact and I like that. I can still get my HR up good with her workouts.

Biceps and forearms are sore from yesterday's workout!

Linda - LOL on the love/hate with Sean & CC!

Patti - Happy Anniversary!

Diane Sue - Don't sweat the 2 cookies. I would have eaten 5! LMAO!

Okay I did a weigh in this morning. Weight has gone up a little in the last couple of weeks. Not sure that I want to share but I am at 120#. The thing is that I can still see muscle definition. So I am trying not to freak out. I seem to be staying the same all of the time so really wanted to gain a little more muscle. The thing is that I have wanted to try this for a long time. It seems effective. My cardio has been less. I have tried to add cardio into my weghts. Diet has been pretty good except for days like last night and really I did not go as hog wild as usual. I think I have went heavy on the sodium but have been trying to ignore that.

Workout today was P90X+ Interval X 44 minutes 403 calories, then I hit the treadmill and did Oxygen Abs edition Steady State Hills which I do not think I wrote down right earlier. I kept this at 4 mph most of the time for 38 minutes. I had to add so I went 2.25 miles and calories burned was 297
I then pulled out Lawrence Biscontini's foam roller workout and skipped the first segment 16 minutes and went on to the second and did the whole thing 53 minutes. This is such a good workout. I just wish I liked Lawrence. It has some segments that are so intense that I find myself hopping off of the foam roller. Total calories burned today was 900 40% fat

Debbie, I love In the Ring. You got a great cardio burn:D Out of curiosity how do you set your zones. I put mine in the high end and they are still not that high. I hit mine for 22 minutes today. A lot of the time doing cardio I was above that. Max HR was 168. I have been starting the last two days at 58 as my resting HR. I actuallly got up to 170 on the treadmill a couple of days ago at 8.3 mph on the treadmill. Wish I could push harder:confused: Maybe because I am closing in on 60 soon?

Patti, happy anniversary. 11 years is great. We are at 36 years. Still in love, hold hands and know what each other is going to do next :D Good for you behaving on the food.

Linda, I had to LOL at the needing to go outside and not in the workout room. I am wanting to do STS again. I pushed so hard last time I am kind of holding back for some reason. Maybe I will do another lighter week.

Patti-happy anniversary!!!!!

Thanks for all the birthday well wishes yesterday. My sister's move went well, it was very hot !!!!! I am sore from going up and down steps.

Debbie-I agree on Amy's workouts-especially her kickbox. I love her kickbox stuff but her step workouts are very difficult for me to get choreography wise.

Linda-it's nice to be outside, it doesn't feel like as much work to me (probably the breeze)

I took today off, and will try to get a kb workout in tomorrow. Dh got me new kb's for my bday.

Diane Sue-Have your inches or body fat % changed? If not, then I wouldn't worry.

Theresa, those moves can be a lot of work. My size old navy size 0 jeans still fit. I can see my definition. I have not done body fat though. Generally I do that once a month on the days I take Actonel for bone loss since I cannot eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after I take the medicine. Makes it easy to remember to not eat or drink and keep everything the same. So that would be next week. Now if BF goes up I will be worried.

Theresa-Your right about being outside, it does seems like as much work. Yippee! on the new KBs.

DianeSue - Get out here with your size 0!:p

Went for a very fast walk with my kids. DS on bike and pushing DD in stroller. Walk was 1:10 minutes about 4.5 miles and I burned 506 calories. Oh also mowed some lawn earlier too.;)
