I am getting this started. Our family dinner was fun. I did eat too much
Ended up have 2 of those cookies and some chips and queso. I made part of the enchiladas with low carb tortillas. A lot of good that did
Funny how when you are just sitting around chatting it is easy to keep grabbing stuff to eat. I made my dd take those chips that were left home.
Today is cardio and some yoga/stretching. I will probably do the Oxygen Abs Interval Hills treadmill workout since I have been doing those two treadmill workouts once a week. Then I will add some to it.
