Cardio Coach V7!!!

Nancy - You'll love Volume 7. The music ROCKS and propels you through the workout. How did 6 go?

Julie - You got some great workouts! Volume 4 is an oldie but a goody! I even love the coach's notes and listen to them every time I do the workout. I have a healthy respect for Volume 8. That one is by far the most difficult for me. I do it on an elliptical and getting through the final challenge is a sure indication that one is fit and strong!

Lorrie - Before Cardio Coach I never realized how much fun cardio could be! The time really does fly by. It's amazing to me, it really is!

Enjoy your workouts, ladies!! :D

Not so great, I'm afraid. I thought the first challenge was going to kill me! I nearly quit. But I hung in there and did end up finishing the workout fine -- I just had to lower my settings. I don't know whether it is the heat or maybe the fact that I hadn't eaten much beforehand (or both). I'll definitely tone things down at the start the next time. I did very much like all of the chatter, though. I found it helpful.

Nancy, I'm sure the heat had a to do with it, but that first challenge is a doozy!!! And this is exactly what perceived exertion is all about! I well remember having to cut back my settings when first trying a new workout, and I often had to do it 2 or 3 times before I could increase my settings again. I felt so perplexed by this until it sunk in that the workouts really are much more difficult as you progress through the volumes. They're taxing but man oh man, I've made strides in both my strength and endurance. And I'm still constantly making adjustments to my settings. It just never ends... and that's a good thing! ;) :D
