5ft 3 and under May 25

Hi

I did a hike/jog for 60 minutes. I did ok but got a lot of red dirt on my shoes. :p Off roading will do that.

Eats: Small piece of home made pizza, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 cup watermelon, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries. The turkey is in the oven as I type. I love turkey cause its soo high in protein and low in calories. Today is a low calorie day. I'm going back to my normal skip a dinner every other day method, the intermittent fasting was too weird for me.
 
I did Amy Bento's Step Challenge 3 then STS legs. So glad to be done with those. Tomorrow I plan on 30 mins easy cardio then STS back, biceps. I'll then be done with Meso 2 and next week will be a rest week, which conveniently happens to be the week we're heading to the beach for vacation! YEAH!

Good Afternoon,

I will do Push Circuit 1 some time today and then some abs. DH and I went for a long drive to put flowers on my fathers grave.
 
Good job. I just got the 4DS DVDs about 2 weeks ago and have only done the double cardio from LIS/HIS and the kickbox cardio. I'm doing STS right now so it'll be another month before I get to try out the weights from these DVDs.
