Is that the Cardio Combat Surge? I was thinking about getting that video, but not sure. I like her combat moves with the body bar in Absolute Kickboxing so I thought I might like this.

Thanks Cynthia! I wanted the new Kim Spreen anyway and was waiting for a sale, but of course I just had to have free shipping, so I also bought Tracy Squeeze Stronger, people here seem to like it, and it's definitely a different way of training for me. It looks like a good add on to regular heavier weight training.

And really, it's been at least 2 days since I bought some kind of fitness item, so I really was going through withdrawal
