Back on track!

I am back on track as of today!! I've got this. I was a food diary addict, and it works. I ran out of space in my notebook in late Nov/early Dec and never got another one. My food/eating has been all out of whack since then. I need to keep me accountable. I picked up a notebook at the grocery store yesterday for $1, and I am using it again as of today. I will be doing 4DS alternating w/ CC until STS shows up. I figure thats a good way to get the butter burning. My workouts have been good, but my eating is way out of whack. I've got it back together NOW!!!:)

Good luck! I don't think I could keep a food diary. That's too organized for me. Then again, I'm pretty conscious of what I'm eating - I don't just eat for the sake of eating. Probably if I stocked my fridge with stuff....but I don't.
 
You go girl! There's something about a regular routine that's reassuring. Even if you don't lose weight, it feels good to have some control over your life.

Jotting down what I eat keeps me in line too. I don't know why, but I feel embarrassed if I have to write down I ate a bag of candy.:eek: No one reads it but me. I guess looking at it in black and white makes me more accountable.
There is no denying when I see it on my list:eek:
 
Doing the food journal helps me so much, and ESPECIALLY posting it in a check-in here. I really don't want to post and have people read that I ate all kinds of crazy stuff!
