As you might of guessed from the title, you’ll need to put your game face on for this intense low impact HiiT workout . Based on the principle of HIIT training, AfterBurn is an all out high intensity low impact HiiT workout that so many of you have been asking for. The main advantage of HiiT workouts is the increase in the body’s metabolism from this type of training. This increase continues on long after the exercise session has finished, not just during it. This effect is known as the after burn and hence the name for this fat blasting workout. Are You Ready?

    Tell Cedie we’ll miss her cheerful attitude and great smile. I know we’ll see her in future projects but she’ll be missed. On the other hand, it’s GREAT to see Lorraine back! Heck, it’s great to see the crew together again for another Cathe sweat fest. Amanda looks like she could be your sister!

    I preordered today with part of my bonus. Now I’m looking at spin bikes! Spin always seemed boring to me but the Cathe factor will make all the difference I’m sure. I’ve been stepping since 1989 and thanks to Cathe, I’m not bored with it yet!
