look under your user name in your post it has cathlete under the name.
I think it just means you are doing cathe workout.
When I first started Cathe I wouldn't of consider myself an athlete at all. Cathe workouts have push me and given me the best cardiovascular and muscular shape of my life. I feel athletic now so I'll call myself a Cathlete.
I've only been using Cathe since 2012. There may of originally been more to it since she has been in the business for almost 30 years. It may of been marketing back years ago.
