Good morning! Wow...my chest is still sore from S&H. I really have missed that workout. Today I am doing PLB plus PUB shoulders, biceps, triceps and a 6 mile run unless I wimp out a bit and only go 5...:)...enjoy the day ladies...:)...Carole
 
Good Morning Carole - Wow you have quite the workout planned today- Good for you! Oh, IMHO I don't consider ONLY 5 miles wimping out- especially if you are doing the other workouts. To me, wimping out is 0 miles -which is what I did a few days ago:). Have a great workout.:)

I did IMAX 2 this morning and hopefully something else tonight.

Hi all, I did IMAX 1 and abs off of MIS today and I was back at my low weight this morning. I guess not eating dairy and hardly anything else has paid off!!:7 I did buy some Lactaid to try today and see for sure if that is my problem. I am just tickled that I am back down to below my goal again.:D And with not eating dairy I am going to the bathroom regularly again.:+

Anyway I am feeling much better and hopefully if I try some dairy today that the lactaid stuff will work.:D
