Workout Rotation...what do you think...

Here is my monthly (Oct) workout regime. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Week One

MON: Cardio Kicks (M); Chitzel-It (Eve)
TUE: Low Max (M); GS Chest/Triceps, Kurl (Ab Work) (Eve)
WED: Step Blast (M); GS Legs, Kurl (Eve)
THU: 45-MN Spin (M); GS Back/Bi/Should (Eve)
FRI: Circuit Max
SAT: MIC; Kurl
SUN: OFF

Week Two

MON: 30 Min Spin (M); Bootcamp (Eve)
TUE: 60 Min Spin (M); GS Chest/Tri, Coremax - 1 (Eve)
WED: Allstep (M); GS Legs, Coremax-1 (Eve)
THU: Janis Saffeld Hardcore Circuit; GS Back/Bi/Shoulders, Coremax 1
FRI: HSA, Coremax 1
SAT: 60 MIN Spin, Coremax 1
SUN: Off

Week Three

MON: Rhythmic Step (M); 45 Min Spin, P90 Abs (Eve)
TUE: 45 Mins Taebo (M); GS Chest/Tri, P90 Abs (Eve)
WED: KPC (M); GS Legs, P90 Abs (Eve)
THU: 60 Min Spin (M); GS Back/Bi/Shoulders, P90 Abs (Eve)
FRI: 60 Min Spin, P90 Abs
SAT: BodyMax
SUN: Off

Week Four

MON: KickMax (M); 60 Min Spin, CoreMax-2 (Eve)
TUE: Step Interval (M); GS Chest/Tri, CoreMax-2 (Eve)
WED: AllStep (M); GS Legs, CoreMax-2 (Eve)
THU: IMAX2 (M); GS Back/Bi/Shoulders, CoreMax-2 (Eve)
FRI: 60 Min Spin (M), CoreMax-2
SAT: C&W
SUN: Off

Then the following month (Nov) alternating body parts w/S&H; Dec alternating body parts w/Pyramid U/L

Hi Linda.

I think your rotation looks pretty good, as long as you are used to doubling up workouts like that. The only thing I might switch around is to move your Friday circuits to Saturday to avoid working out the same body part two days in a row. Or, I might sub in a full body weight workout every other week for one of your circuits. You've got plenty of cario going, but it looks like you are only working out each body party once a week. (I personally like to do each body part twice a week, but that's just me).

I think you are right. I will throw in a full body on Saturdays, I do want to work my body parts twice a week. Thanks, Shelby.
