Working out every other day

I'm at where I want to be. I was just curious I workout hard 6 days a week wasn't sure if it would be better on my body I'm 37 yrs old
 
Listen to your body. I'm 51 and have always worked out hard everyday sometimes twice daily and that worked for me until recently. I came down with a flu last October and it affected my heart valve so I've had no choice but to cut back and it does my head in not being able to run intervals on the treadmill like my hair is on fire lol! But if you feel good no reason to change. Maybe switch things up just for something different.
 
I've done 6 day weeks and I found that I didn't recover as well. I'm just a couple of years older, I'm 40. Remember, what we earn from our workouts is done during recovery, after the fact. If you feel run down, or overly tired at all, I suggest scaling it down to 4 to 5 days a week. I don't think you will lose fitness, and may prevent stress injury.
