I don't think there is any Cathe weight workout that is similar to PUB in STYLE. A pyramid is a certain way of working out that is a bit different from your standard weight training in that you use low to heavy weights and your reps decrease as you add weight.
But as far as intensity goes, I think CTX-UB split is tough. So are S&H and PH, although PH is an endurance workout.
